What Is AQUAGOLD® fine touch™?

AQUAGOLD® fine touch™ is the first microchannel microinjector on the market. The device consists of a small container for the ingredients and a head with 20 hollow needles to deliver these ingredients deep into the skin. The device’s ultra-fine, gold-plated needles ensure a safe and comfortable treatment with minimal risk of allergic reaction.

The AQUAGOLD® fine touch™ Experience

Getting the AQUAGOLD® fine touch™ facial is similar to many other facials. You relax comfortably in a reclined position as your provider infuses your skin with beneficial ingredients. For the best results, it is important to follow our pre- and post-treatment guidelines:

Preparation

Come to your scheduled visit with a clean slate, meaning no make-up, creams, lotions and other products on the treatment area. Avoid chemical peels, retinol and harsh skin care before your treatment. Limit sun exposure and wear sunscreen in the days leading to your appointment.

Procedure

Your provider will start by assessing your skin and discussing your concerns and expectations. They will prepare your personalized mix of ingredients, which will then be added to the AQUAGOLD® fine touch™ device.

Your provider will gently press the device in a stamping motion over your skin. The treatment is tolerable thanks to the ultra-fine needles that penetrate only to 0.6 mm below the skin’s surface. Most clients report feeling only mild prickling. The entire treatment takes around 30 minutes to complete.

Recovery

There may be mild redness, tenderness and dryness immediately after treatment. This is normal and will resolve within two hours. It is important to avoid washing your face for the first six hours post-treatment. This is to ensure the beneficial ingredients are absorbed by your skin and to avoid irritating the treatment area. You will also want to avoid sun exposure for the first 24 hours.

Results

The results from AQUAGOLD® fine touch™ will be visible as soon as the post-treatment irritation subsides — usually after three to four days. These initial results include a more radiant and plump complexion. Your results will continue to improve over the next months as the active ingredients gradually improve your skin’s health and appearance.
